Fraud Company Globetek

Do not do Business globetek they will take the money will send the faulty product and will not pay back, they will tell you to sell the product and get the money.

with I have purchased 24online equipment form globetek,  on october 2016  but still they have not configured the software , In the PO i have Clearly mention that if product is not satisfactory company need to refund in full. When ever I requested to install they will say that features are under development, when I start to insist daily  globetek team is not attending the call , the support team will tell same reason and also stopped picking the call , one of the senior sales sidrath has put my number in  rejection list .  of i requested the refund . but they are not processing . even not attend the call . I has been dealing with Mr sidrath . Even they don't have the courtesy to replay or call me .

Then Anindya Chakraborty came into picture and delayed for 3 month and told to return product 24 online office in Sterlite Technologies Limited , so I did then did not attending the call and not refunding the amount. Giving the reason 2 scratches in the box and support they have give so money cant be refunded, even a day their device was not working in my office.  My worst experience will help to avoid this worst fraud company, if you are doing business with them, plz do not send the money they give support and money . I have attached all proof .
